From a small team with a big frustration — to India's trusted HR platform.

2021 — The Idea

Frustrated by the Gap

Our founders, working with SMEs across India, noticed a painful gap — enterprise HR software was too complex and expensive, while basic tools lacked compliance features. TrueHRIS was born to bridge that gap.

2022 — First Product

Payroll Software Launched

We launched our first product — a payroll automation tool built specifically for Indian compliance. Our first 50 customers gave us the feedback that shaped everything that followed.

2023 — Expansion

Full HRMS & Recruitment ATS

We expanded into a full HRMS suite — adding attendance, leave, performance, and a built-in recruitment ATS. 400+ companies came on board within the year.

2024 — AI & Scale

AI-Powered Hiring & 1,500+ Customers

We introduced AI shortlisting for recruitment, launched WhatsApp integration, and crossed 1,500 customers managing over 50,000 employees on TrueHRIS every single day.
