Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the TrueHRIS platform. By accessing or using TrueHRIS, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and VLS Technology ("TrueHRIS," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the TrueHRIS HR management software platform, including all related websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TrueHRIS.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
TrueHRIS provides a cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that includes, but is not limited to, the following modules based on your subscription plan:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
To use TrueHRIS, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
As an account administrator, you may create sub-accounts for your employees or team members. You are responsible for ensuring that all users of your account comply with these Terms. You must promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use TrueHRIS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within TrueHRIS ("Customer Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your Customer Data.
We use your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
You may export your Customer Data at any time using the built-in export features. Upon account termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days for export, after which it is permanently deleted.

TrueHRIS is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS, major credit and debit cards, and net banking. GST invoices are issued for all Indian businesses upon request.
We offer a 30-day free trial for new customers. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid payment, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (with prorated billing). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
The TrueHRIS platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content created by us (excluding Customer Data), is owned by VLS Technology and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. This licence does not include any right to:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TrueHRIS's total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to TrueHRIS in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall TrueHRIS be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
⚠️ You are responsible for ensuring that the data you enter into TrueHRIS is accurate and complete. TrueHRIS is not liable for compliance issues arising from incorrect data entered by users.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Your Customer Data will be available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, IP rights, and liability limitations) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Service features. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of TrueHRIS after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@truehris.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.
